Driver slips, Conviction nears 2mil sold

Ubisoft’s Q4 2010-bound Driver San Francisco is no longer Q4-bound. Instead, the racer is now on for fiscal Q4, which runs from January, 2011 to March, 2011.

As the publisher’s first quarter 2010-11 results report briefly informs, the slip is “due to the competitive market at Christmas.” Nothing too dramatic then.

The report also gives a quick update on how Sam Fisher’s latest outing, Splinter Cell: Conviction, is aging: 1.9 million copies so far. A “solid performance,” according to the company, even if it is just a tad higher than the 1.8 million reported a little less than two months ago.
