Nintendo’s E3 reveal of the 3DS was heavy on content but a few key details, such as the elusive pricing and release date, went unmentioned; a problem to be fixed in two months’ time.
Both the pricing and release period for the 3D-enabled handheld will be revealed in late September, Bloomberg Japan reports. September 29, to be precise.
Current speculation places the price tag anywhere between $200 to $299, depending who’s asked. It’s expected to arrive no later than March 2011, at least in the west.
The device was first announced in March.
