True Crime: Hong Kong not happening this year

United Front Games-developed open-world action title True Crime: Hong Kong will not see release this year as initially planned; news dripped from Activision Blizzard’s calendar year 2010 second quarter results today.

The delay, as stated by Activision, is due to giving “the development team more time to deliver the high-quality entertainment experience they envision for the game.”

The game’s now scheduled for next year, with no specific release window mentioned, for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
