Tom Clancy’s HAWX 2‘s launch will be preceded by the release of a demo, Ubisoft’s announced.
Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners will be able to their test flight on starting early next week, August 16th and 17th, respectively. Don’t expect any of that evolved multiplayer though; the demo’s single-player only.
Two missions will be included: Interception Course has the player intercepting a group of stolen aircraft above the Caucasus Mountains as a Russian pilot, while Seek and Destroy is from the titular US squadron’s perspective. Players will take off under the cover of night and blow a dent in the plans of weapon smugglers operating in Africa.
The 360/PS3/PC/Wii game itself is out in September; the 3rd in Europe and 7th in North America.
