In this day and age it’s almost a guarantee that big budget games will have some form of DLC, be it free or otherwise, and Deus Ex: Human Revolution will be no exception. Producer David Anfossi has confirmed the existence of add-on content at Gamescom this week: “..we started to work on DLC, that will be an extension of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Me and [Jean-Francois] Dugas, the Game Director, we started to work on that.”
Anfossi also confirmed that the game will not feature competitive online play. “So you’re right, no multiplayer, it’s a single-player experience,” he said, which is not too surprising as previous installments in the series didn’t feature multiplayer out of the box either.
