EA: Medal of Honor needs to sell 3 million

EA might not be quite as confident in their upcoming Medal of Honor reboot as they would like us to think they are. In a recent interview with The New York Times, executive producer Greg Goodrich said that the game would have to move “at least three million copies” in order for the publishing giant to be able to justify a sequel.

After stating that the game would be a step towards taking back the shooter crown from the hugely successful Call of Duty series, Medal of Honor’s PR team seems to have trailed off into an almost uncomfortable silence recently, so it’s particularly interesting that the latest quote is so conditional.

We’ll see how the game turns out when it hits next month.
