Dead Space Ignition is gearing up for release tomorrow on the PlayStation Network and the day after for Xbox Live. You might want to check your Dead Space 2 pre-order before paying for the download though; participating retailers are sending out codes to play the game for free.
Ignition will serve as a prologue to Dead Space 2, showing what happens in the hours leading up to Isaac Clarke’s next nightmare. It’s going to work as a “choose your own adventure” novel and there’s the chance to unlock new weapons and gear in the main game.
Plenty for fans to look forward to, then.
