Street Fighter IV producer Yoshinori Ono recently posted via his Twitter page that the additional content in the arcade edition of Super Street Fighter IV will not be coming to us in the form of DLC.
All may not be lost though, as Ono shows tenacity in his pursuit for more SSFIV DLC. “I couldn’t get approval from [upper level staff], but I’ll continue [the] proposal!!” Ono wrote.
He also went on to mention that the proposal did not go uncared for, as boss Keiji Inafune approved the prospect of additional DLC.
The new arcade edition of SSFIV featured the inclusion of Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike characters Yun and Yang along with some significant balance changes. Keep on the lookout for more news on the matter.
