We love the humor and art style of Twisted Pixel games. The offbeat nature of their creations, The Maw, Comic Jumper, and ‘Splosion Man are a welcome shift from the grungy seriousness of most games we play. Thankfully, the studio has not decided to quit and retire to a sunny place, but is still hard at work developing games, but not DLC.
Since their last game, Comic Jumper, was a relative success, it would be easy to assume Twisted Pixel would be working to churn out some add-ons in order to maximize the earnings. Not so, says Josh Bear, the studio’s CCO. While the developers have busy, those efforts have been focused on two unannounced projects.
