Two things were missing from Resistance 2; co-op for the campaign and a weapon wheel to select whatever inventive weapon you wanted. They were in Resistance: Fall of Man, why not the sequel? Well, just a few days ahead of a VGA trailer, Resistance 3 has finally confirmed through the PlayStation Blog that it’s set to bring back both features.
The campaign will feature two-player co-op for both split-screen and online. We guess that means one player will take control of main character Joe Capelli while the other plays one of those “pretend I’m not really here for the story” types.
Good news, making us even more excited for that VGA gameplay reveal on Saturday.
