It’s about fraggin’ time. Today, id software confirmed that they’re bringing Quake Arena Arcade to Xbox Live next Wednesday, Dec. 15. Pi Studios updated the title for the current system, giving the 16-player multiplayer frenzy HD graphics, widescreen support and, surprisingly, an all-new single-player campaign.
There are six multiplayer modes (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, CTF, Tournament, Harvester, and Overload) as well as 42 maps, 12 of those being Xbox-exclusives. No word on pricing yet, though.
