Recently, bands of hackers have busted down the PlayStation 3’s front door, taking to the Internet to tell the tale of their glory, and shedding a dark light on the PS3. Now, Sony has finally offered a statement on the precarious situation and how it plans to remedy the ugliness.
“We are aware of this, and are currently looking into it,” Sony told Edge in a succinct statement. “We will fix the issues through network updates, but because this is a security issue, we are not able to provide you with any more details.”
We hope to hear something more formal and official in the future, but for now, enjoy the liberty, gamers. It may not last long.
