Funcom and EA will be sharing The Secret World‘s publishing duties; the pair announced today that the MMO will now be co-published by the two, instead of Funcom going at it solo.
As other non-EA games, the title will fall under the giant’s Partners division.
Trond Arne Aas, Funcom’s CEO, believes EA’s know-how will be “will be instrumental in allowing us to realize the full potential of The Secret World.”
No dates yet though. Last we heard, the game was delayed by “several months.” It’s still believed to arrive sometime in 2011.
