Sony Online Entertainment’s MMORPG DC Universe Online launched last month for the PlayStation 3 and PC. It won warm reception, but many are still irked that it comes with a monthly fee.
Now, that pain has been alleviated, at least some.
According to a post on the PlayStation Blog, beginning tomorrow (February 8), gamers will be able to score three months of play for $30. Further, as long as you continue to subscribe, you can lock yourself into that rate forever.
Will this new subscription rate convince you to play? Or is $10 a month still too much?
