Ex-Infinity Ward devs add new charges to Activision in court battle

Infinity Ward co-founders Jason West and Vince Zampella are still waging their lengthy legal battle with Call of Duty publisher Activision. The most recent developments show West and Zampella to have filed new charges against their former higher-ups, revealing that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Activision in 2008.

Said document was signed to secure more creative control over the Call of Duty franchise for its creators. A bonus plan for sales was also setup, but now the two claim that Activision never planned to honor the MOU. The publisher is yet to respond to these new claims and we’re yet to see a clear winner in this battle.
