Valve have released the Portal 2 Authoring Tools on Steam, letting PC fans create their very own test chambers for both single-player and co-op modes.
The tool set is the very same that the developer used to created the game’s own campaigns, meaning there shouldn’t be any shortage on great new puzzles for the game from now on. Players can also craft their own character skins and models as well as music and sound effects. Expect to see plenty of walking versions of GLaDOS and Wheatley in the form of Atlus and P-body then.
The tools can be picked up on Steam right now, although if creating isn’t your thing then you can always wait for this summer’s free DLC.
