Having left Capcom to form two new studios (Comcept and Intercept), Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune has set to work on two new projects, one of which is of great interest to us.
The first is a social game targeted for a Japanese audience (read: not for you). The other? A PS3-exclusive RPG set to release in August, Bloomberg reports (spotted by Gameinformer). It’s been a while since Inafune parted ways with Capcom but getting a brand new game out for August is a surprisingly quick turnaround.
Inafune wanted to make games he was interested in, and given his negative comments about last year’s Tokyo Game Show, you can expect these new titles to show some form of innovation. We can’t wait to see them.
