Following yesterday/today’s downtime, and just a wee bit over its original deadline, Sony has today re-opened its PlayStation Store for business. Meaning there’s money and bandwidth to be spent.
And there’s plenty of content to spend it on, including full game demos, plenty of DLC, demos, and much more. It’s a little overwhelming, even. Find the full list over at the PS Blog.
And there will be more coming very soon; as announced earlier, there will be multiple Store updates per week for the next little while, the next of which is this Friday.
Players waiting to claim their free stuff will have to wait a bit though as the Welcome Back program is not live just yet. “It is currently in the final stages of testing and will be available to download soon; we’ll be sure to let you know when,” writes the Store’s director Grace Chen.
