The 3DS’ television service, a cooperative undertaking from Nintendo, Fuji Television and Nippon Television, will go live starting tomorrow under the “Itsu no Ma ni Terebi” name, Nintendo’s announced. It will offer downloadable TV content to owners of the portable device.
The content will be all original, created specifically for the 3DS, and will be automatically downloaded to users’ systems via the device’s Spot Pass feature. Those who keep the feature on at all times can expect daily updates, too; all that’s needed is the free-of-charge (but ad-supported) “Itsu no Ma ni Terebi” app from the Nintendo e-Shop once it becomes available.
