BioShock Infinite cleans up at E3 Games Critic Awards

E3 has come and gone, and though the expo is not so much a competition as it is a technological showcase, there still emerge winners based on votes from the 35 publications that comprise the Game Critics of E3.

Out of many strong showings, one game took home the most awards: 2K Games’ BioShock Infinite. Winning a total of four awards including Best in Show and Best Overall Game, the true sequel to the surprise hit BioShock nabbed twice as many awards as blockbuster runner-ups Battlefield 3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and PS Vita surprise Sound Shapes.

This was the strongest showing for 2K Games, who had not won an award at E3 since 2007 with, you guessed it, BioShock.
