As promised back in May, Funcom MMO Age of Conan is as of now free-to-play.
The 1.4 million seller will from now on go by Age of Conan: Unchained, with the F2P move seen as “the logical next step” for the title, according to Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Morten Larssen.
As detailed earlier, the game will be making its profits from premium subs and by offering items such as weapons and mounts through the in-game store.
New content is on the way too, some of which will tie in with the upcoming flick.
