Big Ubisoft properties such as Assassin’s Creed will start popping up on tablets in a few years’ time, the French company has said.
Talking on an earnings call earlier today, CEO Yves Guillemot acknowledged the rapidly growing tablet market and said that games from “all of our biggest brands like Assassin’s” will be brought over “in the next few years.”
Don’t expect carbon copies of the current games though. “They will be different games,” Guillemot said.
“They will be adapted from games in the past or specifically developed for those platforms.”
