Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 is official. Following rumors earlier in the week, Capcom’s today formally announced the PS3/360 title.
What’s new then? 12 new characters from both universes, a refined fighting system, plus eight new stages and new modes. Not bad?
It’s all out this November for $39.99.
There’s more too; Ultimate also gets a Spectator Mode — apparently a much-requested feature — allowing players to, you guessed it, spectate each others’ matches.
As Capcom tends to do during such announcements, they’ve upped a number of gameplay videos over at their Unity blog. The announcement trailer is below, but head there for the whole lot.
