Crytek may be cooking up a new multiplatform shooter property, should a developer profile on LinkedIn be anything to go by.
According to a gameplay programmer, as dug up by internet detective superannuation, the Crysis house is currently working on a “new IP” in the “shooter genre.”
It’s also said to be a “TBA title for Xbox360, PS3 and PC.”
As these discoveries go, there’s not much to go on. It’s a waiting game to see if anything materializes.
The same profile also mentions a cancelled shooter, also based on a new intellectual property, on which the developer worked on six months before its demise.
