Newly-launched Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet is in for a round of DLC, developer Fuelcell Games has confirmed.
While still in the early stages, CEO Joe Olson has told Eurogamer that a certain something-something is indeed in the works and that players can expect cooperative themes.
“One of the things – while we’re really happy with how [existing multiplayer mode] Lantern Run turned out – we wanted to bring a co-op experience that’s a little bit more like the core campaign experience. That’s kind of our goal with the DLC.”
But: “I can’t talk too much about it as we’re still in the earlier stages.”
The game’s out on Xbox Live Arcade only for now. A PC release is being negotiated, but its fate is “to be determined at this point.”
