PS Vita’s launch date will be announced at the Tokyo Game Show in September, Sony’s confirmed. SCEJ president Hiroshi Kawano has delivered the news, saying the date has been “finalized.”
This comes after yesterday’s confirmation of the handheld not reaching North American nor European shores this year, so chances are TGS will play stage to the precise Japanese date reveal only.
As announced earlier, the event will be the first venue to give the public hands-on time with the device, as well.
