A Collector’s Edition will be launching alongside the standard version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim come November 11th, Bethesda’s announced.
Shipping with a 12-inch Alduin dragon statue, a 200-page art book (with foreword by game director Todd Howard) and a making-of DVD which covers development from concept to creation, the edition will be available in the US ($149.99), UK (£129.99), Europe (€149.99) as well as Australia (A$199.99).
Dragon’s do not come cheap.
“We always say that we make the games we want to play. We can also say we create the collector’s editions we’d want to own,” says Pete Hines, VP of PR and Marketing at Bethesda. “We all want one of these!”
A shame then that the CE will be available in “extremely limited” quantities only.
