The PS3 has a new price point. Announced as the cherry on top of Sony’s Gamescom media briefing moments ago, the new price tag was said to go into effect immediately and worldwide, which is quite nice isn’t it.
The console can now be had for $249, €249, £199.
The reveal came after the show-wrapping gameplay showing of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Fortune which, of course, earned massive cheers and applause.
