Dragon Age III will have you “saving the world from itself”

BioWare – never shy on talking about unannounced sequels – has revealed a few story details about Dragon Age III, a sequel that’s yet to be officially confirmed.

The developer hosted a Dragon Age panel at this year’s PAX Prime, where it was revealed that the next game’s story would focus on players “saving the world from itself”. The panel consisting of creative director Mike Laidlaw, executive producer Mark Darrah, Art Director Matt Goldman and writer David Gaider confirmed as much, RPGSite reports (via).

Apparently the war between Templars and Mages will be in full swing, with the main character traveling the land to assemble allies and restore peace. Definitely sounds like a BioWare game, then.

When will we get our true first look at DAIII?
