Activision claims victory

Remember all that laughing we did when was bought up by Anthony Abraham and made it redirect to Battlefield 3? Well, Activision has crushed that laughter like a predator missile reigning down on a tank.

The publisher filed a domain name dispute back in July 15 and has won the case after a three-member panel cast out Abraham’s claims that Modern Warfare is a generic term.

So Activision wins this round. It’s still a little funny, though.
