From Dust PC DRM patched out

The Steam version of Ubisoft’s From Dust has had a change of DRM.

The game previously made use of the publisher’s controversial connected kind of copy protection, requiring users to connect to Ubisoft’s servers before playing. A new update now removes this requirement however, allowing players to start and play the game offline.

The god game was just yesterday dated for PlayStation Network as well. It will arrive on the service later this month, on the 27th, for $14.99.
