In June, following the release of the smash hit Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, producer Tomasz Gop left developer CD Projekt Red. At the time, his future was unknown, but no longer.
According to Polish gaming website Gamikazi, Gop is teaming with City Interactive and German shop Deck13, for work on a PC and console role-playing game due out in 2013. Unfortunately, further details aren’t available.
Gop had been with CD Projekt Red since March 2006 and worked on both the original Witcher and its sequel. He’ll certainly look to re-create some of that success with whatever new project he’s attached to. Guess away!
