Square Enix’s action role-playing game Deus Ex: Human Revolution was a big success when it landed on consoles and PC, shipping some 2 million units since launch. Squenix will be looking to expand that success when the game hits the Mac this winter.
Feral Interactive will handle the port. Unfortunately, the publisher didn’t give much in the way of additional detail concerning the Mac launch. Right now, Deus Ex: Human Revolution is slated to arrive “Winter 2011/2012.”
“We are delighted to partner with Feral, a leading expert in development for the Mac platform, to bring the acclaimed Deus Ex: Human Revolution to Mac players,” Stephane D’Astous, general manager of Eidos-Montreal, said. “The game presents a powerful vision of a dystopian future, and we’re excited that gamers will now be able to experience it on the Mac.”
Mac gamers, does this make you happy?
