Sony are set to push some big PSN-exclusive titles this month as the company begins an ‘Only On PSN’ campaign that will see new titles release onto the PlayStation Store each week throughout October.
Kicking things off in the US this week are Rochard and Eufloria, followed by the artsy Sideway: New York in the following update. Okabu and Rocketbirds will fill the mid-month slot and the highly-anticipated Infamous 2: Festival of Blood will bring things to a close along with PixelJunk Sidescroller. Plenty of PSN goodness this month, then.
Equally exciting is the arrival of ‘rare classic’ PS2 games on the store this week. God Hand, GrimGrimoire, Maximo: Ghosts to Glory, Odin Sphere and Ring of Red are all heading to PS3, it would seem, though no word on if these will be HD updates or simple ports (our guess is on the latter).
PS Plus members will also enjoy a 20% discount on each new title during the week of release. Spending $60 on any content in the store this month will also net you $10 worth of credit to use in November. Neat!
So far we’ve only had these releases and promotions confirmed for the US, though we’re certainly hoping the EU follows suit.
