After entering administration over a month ago, it’s now official: LA Noire developer Team Bondi is closing its doors for good.
Documents filed with the Australian Securities And Investments Commission reveal as much (via), as the appointed liquidator will handle sale of assets and payments of remaining debts.
This comes after reports of “hostile and brutal” working conditions and problems with Rockstar earlier in the year flooded the web.
LA Noire itself was far from a failure though. It set new fastest-selling intellectual property records in the UK and at last count had sold-in 4 million copies worldwide. Chances are will be seeing LA Noire 2 at some point, possibly from one of Rockstar’s internal studios.
