WB, Capcom, and THQ join EA’s Origin

Origin, Electronic Art’s recently launched digital distribution platform, will soon be beefing up with games from new companies including Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Capcom, and THQ.

EA started Origin for the launch of Battlefield 3, and the excitement over that game has led to over 6 million registered users on the service.

In addition to the more than 100 of EA’s own games on Origin, expect to see newly released games like Batman: Arkham City from Warner Bros. and Saints Row: The Third from THQ to appear on the platform, along with many other games from each new publisher in the coming months.
