Leaving Bodycount in a body bag, Stuart Black’s latest project has been revealed. The Black creator has now found a home at City Interactive, developing Enemy Front, a new FPS set in World War II.
Spanning the course of the war, the game will drop players behind Nazi lines and into key battles on the war. A ‘complex’ plot is promised, but, judging by the beautiful screens we have in the gallery, the action is where the meat of the experience will be.
Said shots are powered by Crytek’s CryEngine 3, which has already given us the likes of Crysis. Given that we’ve had a bit of a break from the WWII craze now that Battlefield and Call of Duty have left it behind, it will be interesting to see what the developers can bring to the table with this one.
Enemy Front will release on PS3, 360 and PC in 2012, so look for more info pretty soon.
