EA’s giving those who pre-order BioWare’s Star Wars: The Old Republic a week-long headstart.
December 13 – a full seven days before the sci-fi MMO’s worldwide launch on the 20th – is the day the early bird’s adventures begin.
It’s not too late to get in either, with EA saying most retailers should still have pre-orders available. Plus, if you want to go the all-digital route, you can always grab it from Origin before the 20th.
The game client has started pre-loading as well, so you should be ready with time to spare.
