It wasn’t the hottest launch for Rayman Origins. The colorful Ubisoft platformer sold a mere 50,000 units in the US last month. Perhaps the originally-intended digital release would’ve been the better way to go?
Analyst Anita Frazier revealed the figure to Eurogamer and while she didn’t give out the chart position, she did provide a little context: Super Mario 3D Land sold over 625,000 copies, and that one didn’t even crack the top 10.
Origins was released smack in the middle of the month.
