If digital downloads aren’t your thing, in which case you can apparently go and die, Capcom has announced Capcom Digital Collection, a disc that will exclusively retail for the Xbox 360 at a $40 price point. The collection contains eight of Capcom’s biggest digital hits that have already been released on Xbox Live Arcade, and the company promises all of them will retain their features, online functionality and achievements.
The games included in the package are: 1942: Joint Strike, Bionic Commando: Rearmed 2, Final Fight: Double Impact, Flock!, Rocketmen: Axis of Evil including Rocketmen: It Came From Uranus expansion, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix and Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3.
While the disc will go for $40 at retail, as stated above, there was no mention of an actual release date on the press release. I guess we’ll have to wait a bit longer to go analog again.
