Early 3DS adopters received early (and free) NES titles through the system’s Ambassador program earlier this year, but, now that these games are starting to see release on the normal Virtual Console, Nintendo has updated one of them a little, with the rest set to follow.
Namely The Legend of Zelda has seen an update in Japan. Nothing too major, mind, but support for the creation and loading of restore points has been added (a feature seen in all Game Boy Virtual Console titles). Fans may also be pleased to hear a digital manual is now included with the game as well as a new menu icon.
When NES’s other nine games will update both inside and outside of Japan is unknown.
