Mortal Kombat sells 3mil, gets Komplete Edition

The rumored Komplete Edition of last year’s Mortal Kombat is reality. WB’s announced today that, next to selling three million copies worldwide, the brawler would be getting a DLC-bolstered re-launch with all the released digital extras. That means extra characters Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain and Freddy Krueger, plus 15 Klassic Skins and three Klassic Fatalities (Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile).

Komplete will be out in Europe on March 2nd, for both the PS3 and 360. We haven’t seen the US presser yet, but chances are it’ll arrive there on the same week’s Tuesday, which would be February 28th.
