Capcom, Sega, Namco Bandai forming 3DS development super group

Yesterday’s Nintendo conference didn’t bring any big news like a new 3DS model or first-party titles, but there was word of a unique development team up.

It was revealed that Capcom, Sega, and Namco Bandai, three publishers with some amazing games under their collective belts, will be developing a game together for the 3DS. A weird teaser site for the project only boasts a quick animation and then each company’s logo. Each has lent support to Nintendo’s handheld already, but this experiment could prove to be the system’s best game yet.

What is it? How will it play? We may have to wait a while to find out.
