While Minecraft on PC continues to sell enough for creator Markus Persson to commission AAA projects from Double Fine (joking!), the game’s Pocket Edition isn’t doing too badly, either.
Mojang’s Daniel Kaplan recent posted on Twitter: “Minecraft – Pocket Edition has now sold more than 1 million copies. Thanks all for the support and I hope you will like the coming updates!”
This version of the game launched last year, though it came under fire for not packing many of the features found in the PC version. A 360 edition is also scheduled for this year.
