Adidas and THQ have managed to “amicably” resolve their spat over the miCoach game.
Last year, THQ informed Adidas that it wouldn’t be able to deliver the software to accompany the sporting goods giant’s miCoach exercise system. Following Adidas seeking a jury trial and over $10 million in damages though, the matter has seen settled.
“Adidas and THQ Inc. have amicably resolved the dispute, which will allow Adidas to get the miCoach game to market without delay and without compromising any of its unique features,” Adidas’ Frank Thomas has said in a statement.
“Through the settlement, each party was recognized for and compensated for their important contributions to the game.”
