April is almost upon us. With it comes the release of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition on both 360 and a PC re-release. But there’s reason to be excited long before the game’s mid-month release, developer CD Projekt RED claims
On April 5 the dev will hold a spring conference. It will show off some upcoming projects as well as a surprise for all those that watch the livestream.
“Just two weeks before we launch Enhanced Edition on Xbox 360 and PC, and we’re doing something that is truly extraordinary,” said Marcin Iwinski, Joint CEO of CD Projekt RED S.A “I don’t think anyone’s ever done something like this for their gamers. We have prepared pretty big surprises for gamers of all kinds, and we think that you will enjoy them a lot. If games are your passion, watch our conference.”
What could it be? A free digital version of the original game? Shared data between 360 and PC? They’ve certainly talked it up enough to get us excited.
