The PS Vita is soon to get it’s next firmware update. And by soon, we mean it came out and then went away again as Sony pulled it after uncovering a technical bug.
Regardless, the PlayStation Blog recently detailed firmware 1.65, which is set to add a host of helpful bits and bobs, if nothing major.
Notifications can be turned on and off post-patch, and a 10 minute option will be added to the power save settings. On the keyboard side of things, a caps lock button will finally be added while over in the bubble menu an arrow will now point players in the direction of new Live Area additions.
When the update will re-appear is unknown. It could be up again now. Happy Vita-ing if it is.
