Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is getting a beta two weeks from today. Hurray!
Running from April 19 – May 2, the PS3 and 360 trail will be available to anyone who owns Splinter Cell: Conviction or has pre-ordered the game on 360. Additional ways to get in (presumably for the PS3 version) will be announced shortly.
Two modes will be included in the beta: conflict and saboteur. The first sees players completing objectives based around a map, while the other has players retrieving a bomb and planting it in the opposing side’s base.
Also in today’s Recon roundup is the announcement of the Ghost Recon Network. This free service, launching on May 25, will be attached to all GR games going forward, made accessible on consoles, smart phones and tablet. You’ll be able to customize weapons, tracks yours and friends history, and get exclusive rewards.
May 25 is also the date for Future Soldier‘s PS3, 360 release. Imagine that.
