Brink estimated to have sold 2.5+ million copies

Splash Damage’s parkour shooter Brink has sold more than 2.5 million copies worldwide, the studio has said, with CEO Paul Wedgwood calling it a success for the company.

“..it’s estimated to have sold more than 2.5 million units worldwide,” Wedgwood’s told Gamasutra, “which at retail would mean that it’s generated around $120-140 million in revenue.”

Coming off positive previews, the game was released in May 2011 to a wave of mighty mixed final judgements.

Splash Damage this week announced their new game, the iOS-bound RAD soldiers.
