The trial between Activision and former Infinity Ward employees may be pushed back once more; Activision has requested a delay due to hiring a new lawyer who is apparently still playing catch up as far as familiarity with the case goes, Businessweek reports.
The presiding judge is yet to give an answer.
The trial was already rescheduled once to accommodate Activision. It’s currently on for May 29th.
It was reported yesterday that Activision had paid 40 ex-IW workers $42 million. More on that here.
